Design and construction of 6 gates, 2 mobile grids, 2 fixed grids and a screener.
This project was divided in two phases:
Phase 1 – Design
Design of gates and grids, considering the existing hydraulic conditions, in order to ensure the gates’ mechanical resistance, water flow vibration resistance.
Dimensioning and design of hydraulic triggering, including dimensioning of mechanical effort due to maneuvering, servomotor and hydraulic units.
Phase 2 – Production construction and installation
Subcontracted management and execution of gates production, grids, servomotors and hydraulic units, start-up installation and tests.
